Privacy Policy for Arrow Think IQ
Proma Creative Studio ("we", "us", or "our") makes the Android puzzle game Arrow Think IQ (the "Game"). This policy explains what information the Game handles and how.
In short: The Game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location. Your progress stays on your device. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, and we have set those ads to child-directed treatment: no personalized ads, and ad content limited to the lowest maturity rating.
Who the Game is for
Arrow Think IQ is a general-audience puzzle game that children and adults can play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not ask any player for personal information in order to play.
Information stored on your device
The Game saves the following on your device only, so that you can continue where you left off:
- Game progress, levels completed, coins, and other in-game items
- Settings such as sound preferences
- The player name and profile picture you choose to set inside the Game
If you pick a profile picture, the Game reads it through the Android photo picker. The picture is not uploaded by us and is not sent to any server. We do not run a server that receives your gameplay data.
Advertising
The Game is free and shows ads using Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). It shows two kinds of ads:
- Rewarded ads: shown only when you tap a button to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward.
- Interstitial ads: shown between levels, after a number of completed levels. They are not shown when the Game opens.
To show and measure ads, the AdMob SDK runs in the Game and may collect or process information such as:
- Your IP address and the approximate location that can be derived from it
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, and app version
- Information about how you interact with ads, such as whether an ad was shown or closed
- Diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data
- Identifiers that are not the Android advertising ID, used for purposes such as fraud prevention and security
This information is collected and processed by Google under Google's own privacy practices. You can read how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Settings we use to protect younger players
Because children may play the Game, we configure advertising as follows:
- Every ad request is marked as child-directed and as coming from a user who may be under the age of consent, so ads are not personalized based on your interests.
- Ad content is limited to the lowest maturity rating (rated for general audiences).
- The Game does not request or use the Android advertising ID (AD_ID permission).
- We use AdMob category and content controls to block ad types that are not suitable for the Game's audience. No filter is perfect. If you see an ad that seems unsuitable, please tell us so we can block it.
Permissions the Game uses
- Internet access and network state: needed to load and display ads.
The Game does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, camera, or files.
Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information, and we do not receive personal information from you that we could share. Information handled by Google AdMob is processed by Google as described above.
Data retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing the Game's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the Game. We do not hold your personal data on our servers. For information that Google processes through AdMob, please see Google's privacy controls at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly show them personalized advertising. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details below and we will help.
Security
Ad requests made by the AdMob SDK are sent using standard secure connections where available. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published at this same address with a new "Last updated" date.
